BRIDGMAN IMPORTING POLICIES

The Bridgman Importing Policies are a set of terms and conditions which apply to BRIDGMAN IMPORTING INC.

  1. Bridgman Importing Inc. attempts to meet the needs and expectations of its customers at all times. It is the intent of Bridgman Importing Inc. to ensure that all items requested by our customers are available and ready for shipment as per shipment date specified on order form. However, quantities for shipment are entirely dependent upon the availability of items in stock. Since our items are manufactured off-shore, turn around times are approximate and, therefore, subject to change. Customers will be notified accordingly. Bridgman Importing Inc. is diligent about accommodating customers' desires, whenever possible, but not at the cost of compromising the quality of our products and, subsequent, customer satisfaction. Furthermore, it must be noted that items and stocks are continually varying according to market conditions and requirements. Therefore, Bridgman Importing Inc. reserves the right to discontinue products and product lines based on market conditions.
  2. Prices of all items carried by Bridgman Importing Inc. are subject to change without notice.
  3. Any partial or full deposit (s) made towards the purchase of any products carried by Bridgman Importing Inc. is non-refundable.
  4. For in-stock products, a 50% non-refundable and non-transferable deposit must be made for the order to be confirmed. The balance is due before shipment or pickup date. For custom orders, a 100% non-refundable/ non-transferable pre-payment is required to confirm any customized orders at Bridgman Importing Inc.
  5. All products must be paid for in full before pickup or shipment from Bridgman Importing Inc. Payment options include: cash, certified cheque, direct deposit, wire transfer, bank draft, money order, debit, Visa, Master Card, Bidpay, and/or Paypal. All cheques, bank drafts and/or money orders must be cleared by the bank prior to shipment or pickup from Bridgman Importing Inc.
  6. Bridgman Importing Inc. does not have any refund policy. All sales are final and deposits are non-refundable.
  7. Customers are encouraged to open and inspect items purchased at the time of pick-up for suitability and compatibility with their order. After pick-up is complete, Bridgman Importing Inc. is no longer liable for the product purchased and is free from responsibility of any damage, breakage, deterioration etc. associated with the product(s).
  8. Items not picked up by the customer on the scheduled time and dates are subject to a daily storage rate of $10 per piece.
  9. Bridgman Importing Inc. ships worldwide. All shipping expenses are borne by the customer.
