  • All sales at BRIDGMANIMPORTING.CA are FINAL, except for manufacturing defect or breakage during shipping. In that case the product will be replaced or repaired, provided Bridgman Importing is notified within 24 hours of product receipt.

  • Any partial or full deposit (s) made towards the purchase of any products carried by Bridgman Importing Inc. is non-refundable.
  • Bridgman Importing Inc. ships worldwide. All shipping, insurance, and handling expenses, unless otherwise stated, are borne by the customer.

Delivery Standards

  • Estimated delivery times are: 5 business days from order placement within Ontario; 7 business within Canada; 10 business days within the United States; international shipments may take upto 4 weeks.
  • Bridgman Importing Inc. will make every effort to ensure your order arrives promptly. However, Bridgman Importing Inc. is neither responsible, nor liable, for shipping delays due to circumstances beyond its control including, but limited to, transit delays, strikes, and inclement weather.

Purchasing by Minors

For the protection of our shoppers, it is our policy to not sell to minors. If you are under the legal age of majority and wish to purchase from our online store, please have a parent or legal guardian make the purchase for you.

Misprints

We do our best to provide you with the most up-to-date and accurate information. In the event that an error does occur, we reserve the right to correct or cancel an order at any time, and/or edit an order to reflect the correction, and/or correct the error on our web site. In the event that you are shipped an incorrect product, we will gladly accept the item back and offer you the correct product.

Furniture Purchases

Furniture is not available to United States customers for purchase. We do not accept credit cards for furniture purchases within Canada. We only accept cheques and money orders. Customers must arrange for their own pick up of any furniture purchased.
